RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged if eligible, but infortunately sale items are not. We do not charge any restock fees.
Customers assume shipping fees when returning an item.

OUTERWEAR: Exchanges and refunds are accepted with 30 days of original ship date.

HATS & SHIRTS: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of original ship date, but refunds are not offered.
To be elibible, items must be returned in original condition for resale, accompanied by the original tags/stickers, and packaging.
CONDITIONS:

HATS: Hats showing clear signs of wear such as dirty sweatbands or damage, will be sent back to the customer. We cannot issue refunds or accept exchanges for worn items and items not in original condition.

OUTERWEAR & SHIRTS: Items that exhibit signs of wear, such as stains, body odor, holes, or detergents smells, are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue, such as defects and damage upon receiving order so we can take care of it as quickly as possible.

As a small family business, we personally handle every request and will get back to you with a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours.
